A Funeral Cash Plan is a financial product that provides a lump sum payout to your beneficiaries upon your passing. This money can be used to cover funeral costs and other expenses, helping to ease the financial burden on your loved ones.

You pay a monthly premium, and in return, your beneficiaries receive a cash payout when you pass away. This payout can be used for funeral expenses or any other immediate financial needs.

Our Funeral Cash Plans are available to individuals of different age groups, with flexible options to suit your needs. You may also cover family members under the same plan.

The cost depends on the cover amount you choose, your age, and any additional benefits you select. We offer affordable and flexible plans to fit different budgets. Check out our Products

Once all required documents are submitted, payouts are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, ensuring that your family gets the financial support they need as soon as possible.

You pay your policy using the PayAT link sent to you. If you haven’t received it or lost it contact enquiries@purecover.co.za clearly stating the policy number or main member ID number in the request and it will be sent to you again.

You need to supply the following documents when submitting a claim:

  • signed and completed claim form Download Here
  • certified copy of the ID document of the person who is claiming
  • certified copy of the original death certificate of the life insured (DHA 5)
  • certified copy of the ID document of the life insured, with “deceased” or a similar notice stamped on it
  • copy of the DHA1663 notification/registration-of-death form
  • copy of the claimant’s bank statements for the last 3 months
  • police report if the death is due to unnatural causes – for example, a motor-vehicle accident.
